French Transformers Fan Club Part 4: Club Goodies

After a little hiatus of a few months, moving houses, which is always a headache, and the holiday period. It’s time for a new episode!

This part was initially going to be about the last pamphlet I have, the Club special offers, but something very unique came in between.

Since my last post about becoming a member of the Club, my good friend and collector Ard messaged me with something great. He had some of the goodies that you would receive when being a member of the Club! So instead we will be taking a closer look at those. Because of the great amount of material and goodies that Ard has, I will also divide this up into parts. Let’s dive into the material!

Once you applied for a membership you would get this Club Transformers welcome sheet as an introduction. So what would be included according to the sheet:

  • Membership card with a secret code
  • The Badge (button)
  • Transfer (tattoo)
  • Six stickers

The white square on the sheet is probably where the membership card should have been. Unfortunately, that item was not there anymore. These are the amazing items that Ard owns and has shared with me:

* Stickers:
Hologram stickers to be precise. Both modes of Sideswipe, Bumblebee, Laserbeak, Bluestreak, Mirage, Prowl. What’s interesting is the selection choices they made. There is only one Decepticon and five Autobot cars. Of these are four Autobot cars and one Minibot.

* Transfer:
In part three I did not quite know what to expect the Transfer would be. But it actually makes a lot of sense. The transfer is a fake tattoo of Tracks’ box art that you could transfer onto your skin.

On the left side of the sheet a call to recruit your friends as new members. As an incentive, you could get a pencil and a magic ruler for friend 1, six different Deception hologram stickers for friend 2, and a pair of Transformers laces for your shoes for friend 3.

It’s so great to see what goodies you would get as a member and what they precisely are. Be on the lookout for the next part, where more of the material that Ard has will be discussed.

Until the next,
